Bat Group Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.

Meetings start at 8.00pm

Midsummer bat count at Cobden’s Hotel, Capel Curig 14th May 2012, count starts around 9pm
This is one of the largest pipistrelle colonies in the whole of the UK.

Every year we attempt to count all the bats coming out - it's a fantastic sight as over a thousand bats flood out of the building, well worth a viewing! If you come along we will be able to demonstrate the use of bat detectors and hopefully answer all your questions about bats. Everyone welcome. please contact the group if you would like more information. Bring your midge repellant!
